most large companies d not know how to make the best use of clever people. employe who criticize the old ways of doing things and want to try out new ideas are disliked by both their collegues and by their bosses. comments like 'they wouldn't listen to me' or 'i kept presenting new product ideas, only to hear about nothing' are typical of many manage who bacome an entepreneur. all of thi causes frustation, which can quickly lead to boredom. often, middle managers start to think; 'only another 30 more yars of working my way to retirement.' at this point they want to find the way out.
they need to get awat from a job that is no longer attractive. so they decide to set up on their own. but they need something else, too. the challenge of taking risks. they are like people who climb a mountain by the new dangerous oute. entepreneurial types need to try out new things without knowing wether they will succes or fail. they also want to prove that they can make it without big company support.

selama ini, kasus kasus pelanggaran hak asasi manusia selalu dikaitkan dengan hukum.tidak dipersoalkan bahwa tidak memberikan pendidikan dan kesehatan yang baik pun adalah pelanggaran hak asasi manusia. padahal dalam Deklarasi Hak Asasi Manusia PBB, tecantum jelas hak warga negara untuk memperoleh pendidikan dan pelayanan kesehatan. dalam UUD 45 tercantum pasal tentang hak memperoleh pendidikan.
kurangnya menempatkan sektor pendidikan dan kesehatan sebagai hak asasi manusia, ditambah lagi dengan sikap menempatkan kedua sektor itu sebagai sektor yang konsumtif adalah sangat disayangkan.dengan pemikiran ini, sampai kapanpun keduanya tidak pernah dilihat sebagai investasi. keduanya hanya menjadi komitmen politis, tetapi belum sempat tercermin dalam alokasi anggaran. padahal, belajar dari negara-negara lain yang sekarang maju, sejak mereka belum menjadi negeri yang kaya mereka sudah menempatkan alokasi anggaran cuku untuk pendidikan dan kesehatan, bahkan, untuk sejumlah negara di ASEAN pun kedua faktor ini cukup memperoleh perhatian.

My friends, we all know the importance of knowledge in our country, especially for children. We used to see that there are so many kids around the traffic jam working for helping their parents. Tragic isn’t it? Another example is we all can see is our friends that involved in drugs or another way of bad things ‘touch’ them. And make them left their school because of those things. And the best thing is, it is happens among us. Directly or not.
Our country also has trouble with this. This is the first way that makes our country lose its power. We’re faced with reality that our work-age man are not an expert, so we need some professional from others country to manage it. That’s why we are being used by some other country because our disability. That’s why we should develop our education quality must improving. We are the only one that can do it first. It isn’t anyone except us.

Snow White & 7 Dwarfs
Once upon a time, lived a very beautiful princess named snow white. She lived with her step mother in a big and beautiful palace. Her step mother was very jealous with her beauty, so she told Snow white to become a maid. She wore a n ugly dress and do the entire job in palace.
Even tough she always did her job happily while she was sing a song. Her song made the handsome princess interested and looked for that voice. And the prince met Snow white, and fell in love with her.
They didn’t know that her step mother watched all off that and dislike it. When she asked her magic mirror, “Mirror on the wall, who’s the beauty among all?”
And the mirror always said Snow White. And it made her very angry.
So she told her guard to kill her and took her heart into a box as a proved. The guard takes her to forest and try to kill her. But she couldn’t do that, and he told her to run into the forest. Because of scared, she run in deep the jungle. She met ugly creature and fell down.
When she woke up, she found the entire animals in that forest gathered around her. She was confused; she thought where she going to stayed tonight. And suddenly she found small cottage in the middle of the forest. She thought to stay there tonight. And she was going to asked for permission. But there’s nobody there.
She thought to clean the entire house. After that, she was very tired and fell asleep on 3 beds there. And the dwarfs that still work in their mine, has suddenly went home. They were so surprised; they found a beautiful lady slept in their beds that wish can stayed in their little house.
While Snow White having fun with the dwarfs, her step mother know that she was still alive in the dwarfs’ house. And she made a plane, she was going to be an ugly old woman and she was going to give the poison apple to her. She went to the forest and wait until the dwarfs are going to work. And offer her an apple, she didn’t realize that that the ugly old woman was her step mother, but her friend-the animals know it was the evil Queen. So they are trying to get her away from Snow White.
But Snow White let her inside, and her step mother gave that poison apple to her, as a thanks. She said that it was a magic apple that will make al off your dream comes true. So Snow White takes it and thinks about the handsome prince that she misses so much. She ate that apples and fell down. While her friend called the dwarfs to save her, and they were too late. Snow White was lying there. So they going after the ugly old woman, but she died by incidence.
Snow White was passed away, they thought. But they couldn’t bury her. So they made her a glasses coffin and promise to take care of her everyday. And the prince coming, one day. He was very sad when he knows that her love was lying there. He comes and kissed her cold lips. No one knows what happens but Snow White back alive. The prince had made the spell gone.
He took Snow White to the palace and they live happily ever after.

BEIJING (AFP) – China plans to open a fifth breeding centre for giant pandas in an effort to boost the population of the notoriously sex-shy species, state media reported on Wednesday.
Four young adult pandas are due to arrive at a zoo in the central city of Changsha on May 1 from a breeding base in southwestern Sichuan province, which was hit by a devastating quake in 2008, the official Xinhua news agency said.
Xie Zhongsan, an official at the Changsha Zoo, in Hunan province, said a cooperation agreement had already been signed with the breeding base in Sichuan to launch the new facility.
"We are waiting for the forestry authorities' approval of the new breeding base," he was quoted as saying.
"We plan to arrange for two to three panda experts to take care of the giant pandas and we'll learn how to help them breed," he added.
There are four other giant panda breeding bases in China -- one in Beijing, one in northern Shaanxi province and two in Sichuan, the report said.
Pandas, one of the world's most endangered species, are a national treasure in China.
They are notoriously poor breeders and experts in China are desperately trying to make the creatures mate to ensure their survival, using measures as extreme as panda pornography or rigorous "sexercises".
There are nearly 1,600 pandas living in the wild, more than three-quarters of them in Sichuan. Pandas are also found in northwestern Gansu province and Shaanxi. Another 180 are in captive-breeding programmes in China.

There are nearly 1,600 pandas living in the wild, more than three-quarters of them in Sichuan. Pandas are also found in northwestern Gansu province and Shaanxi. Another 180 are in captive-breeding programmes in China.
